None of my special edition purchases are showing. Please fix this!

Great mag except the app updated and now my purchases are gone!!

I tired downloading again and its trying to charge again.

Great content but the app is made by students, not professionals

Once again you guys amaze me. Now I have to fork over another 12 bucks to get a mag that I already purchased but the rub is that you say it is new! So now I lose the version I paid for and now I have to give out more money to you!!! This is completely unacceptable! FIX THE APP. Give me back my purchased magazines!!!! Or give me back my money.

I purchased latest issue for $5.99 and can not get the extras available from the CD of the print magazine which costs the same amount. I understand that content cant be available from the ios app. It makes zero sense that the purchase doesnt come with a code and a download link where that digital content could be downloaded to my PC where the content would be most useful for web development. Its 2014 for crying out loud and cant believe they want to pay shipping on a paper magazine and CD from the UK to California rather than provide a download. Dont get this app or purchase an issue till this is resolved.

I have no problem with the price. You pay for good content. But if you’re going to call yourself Web Designer Magazine, don’t provide a lousy user experience. Don’t make subscribers jump through multiple hoops just to access the content they’ve purchased, and don’t be so stingy about how they can access it.

The article body text is too small and chunky to read easily even on a full-size Retina Display iPad, but zooming in just makes the text big and chunky—a displeasing chore to read. Low-resolution raster text can work well in a retro-styled video game, but it does not work well for magazine copy. Thus, the printed magazines remain preferable to such chunky electronic versions.

Doesn’t ever open on my iPad. Just says cannot connect to store.

I recently downloaded this magazine on my iPad and when I open up to read it I could not see the letters they were blurry ,when I tried to zoom in to see it clearly you must correct this problem

Its amazing, still after all these months, theyve ignored their readers and have done nothing to resolve the low resolution content problem. What good is insightful content if you cant see it?
